We are thrilled to announce that our Ableworld Hyde store is now open to customers in Greater Manchester. Located on Manchester Road Retail park in Hyde, our new store is situated close to the M67 and just a short walk away from Hyde Central Train Station, so we are in a convenient position to visit us.

Our new Ableworld Hyde store opens as our 36th Ableworld store, joining our other North West based stores in Salford, Stockport, Wigan and St Helens. In store we have a great amount of mobility aids available to suit all needs, including Mobility Scooters, Wheelchairs, Walking Sticks, Continence Care and more. We also have smaller mobility aids including Pill Dispensers, Slippers, and Lighting aids. Our store is open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9am- 5.30pm and Sunday 10am- 4pm.

At Ableworld Hyde you can be sure of a warm welcome from Store Manager David and the rest of our friendly team, who are on hand and ready to help with all mobility and stairlift queries. All of our team are fully trained and can offer our expert advice and give product demonstrations and assessments. We always aim to ensure our customers get the right product for their needs, and not just the most expensive mobility aid.

As well as our mobility product range, we also have a Stairlift and Engineering team who can offer a variety of engineering work. We can provide servicing, repair and installation work on a variety of mobility aids and stairlifts. All of our work is carried out in a professional and timely manner, at reasonable prices.

At Ableworld Hyde Stairlifts the team can supply a range of stairlifts to suit all customers’ needs, including; straight stairlifts, curved stairlifts, outdoor stairlifts, as well as reconditioned and rental options. We have a stairlift demonstration model in store, so please feel free to pop in and try them out to see if a Stairlift would be the right option for you. Our engineering team will happily provide a free no obligation quotation if you would like, covering areas including Ashton-under-Lyne, Audenshaw, Chadderton, Droylsden, Mossley, Stalybridge, and surrounding areas within a 30 mile radius of store.

We are also proud to have our North West Specialist Adviser, Jayne Tarling, who will now be covering our new Hyde store also. Our Ableworld Specialist department provides bespoke mobility equipment to clients with more complex requirements, often with 'made to measure' products.
