Ableworld say that they understand that not all customers are the same and are all unique and I can't think of any mission statement more truthful. The attention to detail and customer based thinking shown by my Specialist Seating Consultant Louise Mason left me in no doubt that I had made the right choice with Ableworld as a provider for my new chair. Every detail and consequence was considered in every area. Louise saw my chair as it should be, not just a sale opportunity or a piece of equipment but as an extension of myself and something that meets my needs and desire for a more independent lifestyle. Yes it took time and honestly doesn't come cheap, but given that independence is what everyone deserves, disabled or not I would recommend Ableworld with full confidence to anyone with mobility needs who wants a service that is truly tailored to them. You won't regret it I know I do not!

I would like to say thank you for my recent visit to your store on Portrack Lane in Stockton On Tees. I was assisted by Lee on cutlery I was enquiring about for my mother who suffers from bad
arthritis and also dementia. He was smartly dressed, professional and polite and had extensive knowledge of my mother’s condition which was fantastic and also shows that your staff are well
trained. It was a pleasure being in your shop. He is a credit to your company. Please pass on my appreciation.

On Sunday 4th September, I had a good experience at your shop in Saltney. My mother-in-law has had a fall, which was blamed in part on her slippers. As a result of the fall,
she is currently not mobile, and was unable to visit the store personally. A little cheekily, I asked the Shop Manager if I could take away several pairs of new slippers on
the basis that I would bring back some (or all) of them if they did not find favour. Obviously I was prepared to pay, and to receive a refund for those that I brought back. Your man
could not have been more helpful, and everything happened as requested. My mother-in-law even liked one of the pairs, so she’s happy, I’m happy, and you got a sale!!
In addition – I and she will be saying nothing but good things about Ableworld in Saltney.

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the staff at your Hanley branch, especially Dawn and Matt and Darren. I’ve only had dealings with these three Staff Members so far, but I’m sure the othersare just as good.
I can’t think of ANYWHERE else where I’ve received such good honest service and advice. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always friendly and helpful. More shops ought to take a leaf out of their book, they make it a pleasure to visit, and when you are happy in a shop, you tend to spend more money! I am writing to praise your store manager Jacqueline Goodfellow in Darlington. My parents and I visited the store today and spoke to her regarding possibly buying a wheelchair for my mum. In what is quite a daunting and rather upsetting situation for us, she was very patient, kind, caring and very considerate. We were not sure what to do for the best, Jacqueline was going to do some research for us and phone me later in the day. Literally 10 minutes later she rang with all the information and we went back to the store to purchase the wheelchair she recommended. I would have no problem visiting the store again, and asking for her advice, she is super approachable and just lovely. "Just wanted to write to compliment your staff at your Inverness outlet. I called today with my elderly mother to see whether you could repair her tripod stroller. We were met at the door by a male member of staff who recognised that my mother was making slow progress. He asked how he could help and on realising it was only a minor adjustment, invited her to take a seat. Within 2 minutes he had returned with the faulty item. He then refused payment but invited us to put a donation into your charity box if we wanted, which we did. This was excellent service and a credit to your Company.

"My elderly mother has asked me to contact yourselves to express her gratitude and heartfelt thanks after James from your Bridgend store came to fit her stair lift. It is proving to be a difficult time for mum as she is slowly losing her independence and confidence. After we visited the Bridgend store with a view to purchasing only a walking aid, we were approached by James. He took the time to listen to mum and advised her on what would be best to meet her needs. I mentioned the possibility of having a stair lift as mum had taken a nasty fall downstairs the previous weekend. He took us over to the display model and encouraged mum to try it out. She was very nervous but he immediately made her feel at ease. Mum agreed to have one and James called out the same day to measure up and have a look at the stair case. He knew we wanted it fitted as soon as possible and personally came out to fit it on the Friday (8th April 2016). He fitted it and talked mum through everything in a clear and concise way. When it came to her trying it out, James could sense that mum was getting anxious. As she made her way up he walked in front of her on each step. She as indeed we are very grateful with the service he provided and feel that he needs some sort of recognition for the care and time he took with mum.
We cannot thank him and Ableworld enough.
