Delivery and Returns

These guidance notes relate to orders placed via our website only.

Please Note: We are unable to deliver outside of Great Britain

Delivery

The delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:

  • Delivery charge for orders under £100 is £6.95. Additional charges may apply to certain postcodes
  • Orders over £100 qualify for FREE delivery.
  • Please note that these delivery charges are available for website orders ONLY.

We normally expect your order to be delivered within 5 working days (unless as otherwise stated on the item description). We regret that at present we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays. Prior to despatch our staff will physically check all goods.

Our goods are delivered by Parcel Force. If an email address and/or mobile number are provided, Parcel Force will automatically send you updates regarding your delivery.

Areas Covered

We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside of Great Britain and delivery to the Scottish Highlands. If you do however still need an item please call the Ableworld team and we may be able to help or quote accordingly.

Returns

Ableworld understands that there are times when you will have to or want to return a purchase. We will happily refund or exchange your purchase in the following circumstances:

If you decide that the product is not for you. If this is the case then the 'unwanted' product must be returned to Ableworld in its original condition with all packaging and accessories, within 14 days of the purchase. The product must be in the opinion of Ableworld re-saleable, any handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods would diminish the value of the item and as such may affect your refund. As there would be no fault with the product, then the cost of returning it would be your responsibility, including if the goods need to be returned by means other than by standard post. If deemed re-saleable, then the cost of the product will be refunded at the original purchase price, but the postage cost will not be refunded.

Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. If we agree to provide you with a refund we will arrange for your credit or debit card to be credited within 14 days of the receipt of the returned product, or if earlier, within 14 days of the day on which you supply evidence of having sent the goods back.

If the product is damaged or is faulty, we will exchange the product as quickly as possible, or issue you with a refund.

If the product develops a fault whilst it is still within its warranty period. If this is so, then we allow 28 days for you to return the product to us, in turn we will offer either a replacement or a refund. If the product is too large to return by post then we can arrange to collect it. If it is only a minor fault, we can send an engineer who may be able to fix the problem on site. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately due to the nature of certain products we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons on certain items in our toileting, bedroom and bathing departments. These are clearly noted within the products description on our website.

All orders will contain a return form - please ensure you complete this form and include it within your package to ensure we can process it as quickly as possible.
