The Tennis elbow strap with pad aids in the prevention and treatment of Tennis Elbow (lateral elbow tendinosis), and prevents overloading where forearm strain is an occupational hazard.
The strap provides support for lateral and medial tennis elbow (lateral elbow tendinosis), helping to prevent it from developing and supporting it if it already has. It is also useful for Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
The strap is adjustable which provides rotational stability and a pad to provide localised compression to the problem area.
To use: Simply apply the Tennis Elbow Strap with Pad to the upper forearm, just below the elbow. Position pad over the area where weakness or soreness occurs. Lock pad in position with fastener strap. Measure circumference around the elbow joint with the arm extended to determine size.
Helps to assist in the treatment of Tennis Elbow (Lateral Elbow Tendinosis), Thrower’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) and Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Elbow Tendinosis).
Available in four sizes:
