After all the glitter and baubles of December, on comes January, a long month which some can find to be simply exhausting. Pick up the phone and call your family for a catch-up – lighten your load and talk through everything that’s on your mind, it can make the dark days just that little bit lighter. So, prop up your tablet on your dining room table and enjoy Sunday dinner together – even if you’re not in close proximity doesn’t mean you have to feel miles apart.
