Ableworld Stafford Free Mobility Scooter Prize Draw – We have a Winner

As part of the launch of our new Ableworld store in Stafford, we ran a competition for one lucky winner to win a Vecta Sport Road Scooter. Thank you to everyone who entered, we were overwhelmed with the response and received almost 900 entries via in store forms, newspaper entries and on Facebook.

There could only be one winner and we had the pleasure of awarding the prize to Mrs Jones on Tuesday 10th September at our Stafford store. Mrs Jones, who came along with her family received the prize from Stafford store manager Tina, and she was overcome with emotion.

Mrs Jones said “I can’t tell you how happy I am, I have never won anything. I couldn’t believe it when I heard I had won and thought it can’t be true so I called my daughter to double check. Once Julie called back to tell me it was true, I couldn’t wait to tell everyone. I called around the whole family and all my friends”

Mrs Jones entered the competition on Facebook after spotting the advert one evening when she was browsing her social media. She said “I just thought why not, and I entered. I never gave it another thought until I received a message to say I had won”

Mrs Jones from Loggerheads, Staffordshire is already looking forward to visiting her friends in the town where she lives, and can now easily nip to the local shop – it really has given her some independence back.

Mrs Jones is an existing Ableworld customer and has previously shopped at Ableworld Newport, purchasing an Adjustable Bed and Boot Scooter, which her husband is currently using.
