Exciting news… very soon Ableworld Burton will be heading to bigger and better premises! Moving just 2 miles down the road from its current location.  The brand-new store will host a completely new layout, which is sure to improve accessibility and shop ability – located next to Magnet Kitchens and the Alphabet Gift Shop on 2 Union Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1AA. 

There’s never been a better time to shop! This new superstore will stock Ableworld’s full range of mobility products including: mobility scooterswheelchairsadjustable beds and rise and recline chairs and of course a new stairlift display featuring our latest lines. Whilst also boasting a wide range of products to help with bathingtoiletingdressing and continence care. Whatever the product, the aim is always to help people lead more comfortable and independent lives.

Whatever your needs, you can be assured of our range of quality products from names you can trust. Our new store will be opening Tuesday 18th July 2023 and we can now confirm the new store will be open 7 days a week, giving out customers ample time to shop at the most convenient times. Our store Manager Andrea and her team are excited for this opportunity to grow and share Ableworld Burton with more of the local community.

Ableworld Store Managers Conference

On Friday 16th June, Ableworld, the country's leading Mobility and Stairlifts provider, held their highly anticipated Annual Managers Conference at the esteemed Wychwood Park Hotel. This event brought together industry professionals including guest speakers from renowned companies like Sunrise Medical, Mark Bates, and Uniscan, as well as the dedicated and passionate Ableworld team. The conference was a resounding success, showcasing cutting-edge advancements, insightful presentations, and an awards ceremony that honoured outstanding achievements.

The picturesque Wychwood Park Hotel served as the perfect backdrop for Ableworld's Annual Managers Conference. Nestled in the serene countryside, the venue exuded a sense of tranqulity and sophistication, offering a conducive environment for collaboration and networking. 

Ableworld spared no effort in securing a line-up of esteemed guest speakers who shared their expertise and insights with the eager audience. Among the notable speakers were representatives from Sunrise Medical, a global leader in assistive technology, who showcased their latest innovative mobility solutions. Their presentations shed light on ground-breaking advancements that are transforming the lives of individuals with mobility challenges. 

Mark Bates Ltd, renowned for its insurance products tailored to the needs of disabled and elderly individuals, shared valuable information on insurance options and the importance of protecting mobility aids. Attendees gained a deeper understanding of how insurance plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and independence of their customers. 

Uniscan, a respected name in mobility aids, enlightened the audience about the benefits of advanced walking aids and highlighted the importance of quality, reliability, and ergonomic design in enhancing users' mobility and confidence. 

The presentations from these guest speakers not only informed the audience about the latest industry trends but also sparked ideas and inspired attendees to explore new possibilities in serving their customers with excellence.
