Position:              Customer Support Administrator

Hours:                  9:00am-5.00pm (5 days over 6 on a flexible rota basis)

Type:                    Permanent, Full-time

Salary:                 £22,600 - per annum (circa £26,600 pa+ after bonuses)

What does our Customer Support Administrator?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator in our busy ever growing stairlift department at our Head Office in Stapeley, Cheshire.  Reporting to the Stairlift Manager, you will be able to work accurately and prioritise work effectively.  There will be opportunities to grow and progress within the Company.

 

 Duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers and helping with general enquiries regarding stairlifts and products
  • Organising quotations for customers and scheduling Engineer’s diaries accordingly
  • Following-up quotations ensuring customers have all relevant information required
  • Providing a telephone support and basic self-help fault finding, prior to an engineers visit
  • Arranging visits for breakdowns and general maintenance, liaising with Engineers and plotting diaries accordingly
  • Retaining accurate records of the above actions with our user-friendly computer systems
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal department

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Good communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Be comfortable with basic Microsoft systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Be a proactive problem solver who is confident in engaging with all levels of staff
  • Be an excellent team player and have the ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
