Position:               Assistant Stock Auditor / Administrator

Hours:                  9:00am-5.00pm

Type:                    Permanent, Full-time

Salary:                 £22,600 per annum (circa £27,000 pa after bonuses)

Area:                    Head Office, Nantwich, Cheshire.

What does our Assistant Stock Auditor / Administrator Entail?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Stock Auditor / Administrator in our Audit Department. Reporting to the Senior Stocktake & Audit Manager, you will be able to work accurately and prioritise work effectively.  

 

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Conduct physical inventories of stock within our store locations and accurately count inventory levels.
  • Examine and analyse inventory levels to ensure they match the records in the company database.
  • Detect discrepancies or errors in inventory records and report them to management.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and report this information to the Senior Stocktake & Audit Manager
  • Collaborate with team members to share inventory audit findings and proposed solutions.
  • Create reports on inventory levels and communicate findings to management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing accuracy and fulfilment of inventory management standards.
