TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Fast Delivery:
For just £4.95 or free delivery on orders over £75 (for UK mainland only), shopping at Ableworld could not be easier, and if we can't deliver within the week we will refund the delivery charge! Orders are delivered by Royal Mail in the main, however large or heavy parcels will be delivered by courier.
1) The Company will endeavour to deliver the goods as arranged with the Customer and delivery dates are given as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed. The Customer shall not be entitled to claim damages if the Company is not able to deliver on the delivery date arranged.
2) Alterations to the order by the Customer may result in delay in delivery
3) The Company will endeavour to comply with reasonable requests by the Customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so and may charge the Customer with reasonable charges for storage.
4) Certain large or heavy products may require an additional delivery charge, these are clearly marked on the product screen when purchasing.
Returns:
We will happily accept the return of your purchase under the following circumstances.
1) We are happy to offer a full refund for unwanted products purchased on our website if the product is unused and complete with packaging and any accessories and is in "as new" condition, this product must be returned within 14 days of purchase and any refund will exclude any delivery and collection charges incurred by us
2) We aim to issue refunds within 20 days of receipt of the product.
3) Should your product arrive faulty or damaged in transit. We will happily exchange it for you or issue a full refund which ever you prefer.
4) Should a fault develop with the product during the warranty period, you can return the product to us and we will be happy to repair it. There is a small charge to cover the cost of delivering the product.
Your Order:
1) Each order for products is treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods from Ableworld (UK) Ltd. On placing an order on our website it is understood that you accept our Terms and Conditions. An e-mail response is sent to you on placing an order and is to be accepted as a receipt of your order and not acceptance of it.
2) Your order for products on our website is subject to availability. If we cannot supply the products to you for any reason we will endeavour to telephone you or inform you in writing at the earliest convenience and you will not be charged for products we are unable to supply. Any monies already paid to us via the website will be refunded for unavailable products. We will not however, be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur should we not be able to supply the items ordered.
3) The Company reserves the right to alter or change the specification of the goods supplied within reasonable limits without notice to the Customer. All figures, speeds, measurements, capabilities and other technical information and data contained in the Company's advertising, sales and technical literature are based on trials under test conditions and are provided for general guidance only.
4) Neither party shall be under any liability for any delay, loss or damage caused wholly or part by act of God, governmental restriction condition or control or by reason of any act done or not done pursuant to a trade dispute whether such dispute involves its employees or not by reason of any other act, matter or thing beyond its reasonable control. Including failure by the other party to carry out the provisions of these Conditions.
5) Once you have accepted delivery for your order, you are responsible for the items contained in it. Items sent via Royal Mail may not require a signature, but items sent by courier will. There is a time limit for notification of damages, inaccurate orders, as detailed. a) If your order arrives damaged or inaccurate you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. b) Any damaged items returned to Ableworld will be inspected and tested, any found not to be defective will be returned to you. An administration charge is applicable for this, which is 20% of the price of the goods, along with the cost of carriage to return the product to you.
6) The price you pay for the goods is shown on the website at the time you place your order, there are two prices shown for products which are a) including VAT and b) excluding VAT. VAT exempt products are items, which have been produced and manufactured for use by the chronically ill / disabled and products eligible for this are marked with a red circle with VAT written in it and a red line through.
7) On completing the registration form to enable your purchase on line you will be given the opportunity to register yourself as a "VAT Exempt Customer" by completing these boxes you are confirming the products or services will be used for your personal use and you are chronically sick or disabled. You therefore claim relief from Value Added Tax under Group 14 of Schedule 5 to the Value Added Tax Act 1983. APPLICANT NOTE: If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rate for VAT you should consult your local VAT office before signing this declaration. WARNING: Section 39.2 of the VAT Act 1983 provides for severe penalties for anyone who makes use of a document which they know to be false for the purposes of VAT relief.
8) Ableworld reserves the right to amend prices taking into account any increase by our suppliers, or obligation of any new tax or duty. If an error has been made to the price published on our website, we will ensure that the price is amended and we will inform you of any price errors to give you the opportunity to purchase the goods at the correct price.
9) Ableworld cannot be held responsible for any details you provide us with that are incorrect or if any order is delayed as a result of incorrect details. All credit/debit card orders are authorised before dispatch and any problems with such payment will be discussed with you before your order can be processed.
10) Any complaint should be made in writing to our Head Office at 39 Beam Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5NF where we endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 7 days.
11) These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. Any such change shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change.

1) There is a page on our website containing links to other website we feel may hold information for our customers. Ableworld accepts no responsibility or liability for the content of any website linked to www.ableworld.co.uk.
2) No link should be made to our website without written consent from Ableworld (UK) Limited.
3) Ableworld cannot guarantee that their website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to their site.
